Holgo Cookie Policy
September 29, 2026
Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Holgo ("Holgo", "holgo.com", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. Together we refer to them as "cookies". They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to help site owners understand how their site is used.
Categories of Cookies We Use
- Essential cookies: Required for the Service to work. These keep you signed in, maintain your session, and protect against fraud and abuse (for example, bot-protection challenges, and a random device identifier and browser fingerprint used to limit free credits to one account per person, as described in our Privacy Policy). They cannot be switched off.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences, such as light or dark theme, language, and timezone.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your consent.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party providers we use to operate and secure the Service, such as our security and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
Some of our pages show a product video hosted on YouTube. The video player is not loaded until you press play, and it is served from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you start the video, YouTube (a Google service) may set cookies or use similar storage on your device, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
How Long Cookies Last
Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. We use both, depending on the purpose described above.
Managing Your Cookies
Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can:
- Delete cookies already stored on your device;
- Block some or all cookies;
- Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set.
Please note that blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using certain features of the Service.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently respond to them, but we do not sell your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and revise the date above.
