Every plan includes the Etsy Listing AI and the eBay Listing AI, plus copy workspaces for every other marketplace.
Common questions about plans, billing, and credits
Free is a plan, not a trial. It refills 100 listing credits every month for as long as you keep using it, enough for 10 SEO-optimized listings, and it covers as many copy workspaces as you like plus one connected store. Nothing is charged when the credits run out. You wait for the next refill or pick a plan.
One credit is a unit of AI work. Each listing costs 10 credits whether you upload two photos or twelve, and that one charge covers reading them all and filling in every field the marketplace asks for. Nothing after that is metered: editing, copying and filing the listing are free.
Work backwards from a normal month: take the listings you expect and divide by ten, and that is your credit budget. Starter costs $18 and covers 100 listings a month, Standard 300, Premium 900. How many marketplaces you sell on does not come into it, since workspaces are unlimited on every plan. Between two tiers take the lower one, because moving up mid month tops your credits up immediately.
If a generation dead ends before it produces a listing, the credits go back to your balance automatically. If it did produce a listing and you would rather rewrite it, those credits stay spent, since the AI work was already done. Editing what it wrote is always free.
They do not. Each billing period starts your balance fresh at your plan's amount instead of stacking on what is left, so a slow month does not bank credits for a busy one. If photos are piling up, the end of the period is the moment to clear them.
No. Inside one organization you open a workspace per store or marketplace and name it yourself, Main eBay, Clearance, Etsy, as many as you want. They all draw on the same plan, the same credit balance and the same seats, and none of them costs extra. Even on Free you can run every marketplace we support side by side, because copy mode binds no account at all.
A connected store is a shop account you have linked so Holgo can file listings into it, and that is the one thing a plan caps: 1 on Free, 1 on Starter, 3 on Standard, 10 on Premium. Copy workspaces never count against it and stay unlimited on every plan. Seats are the people in the organization, 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 5 on Standard and 30 on Premium, all working from one shared balance.
Rarely. More stores are workspaces, not organizations, so one organization covers everything you sell. A second one is for a genuinely separate business: its own invoice, its own teammates, its own credits. It starts on Free and needs a plan of its own, and the free monthly credits are granted once per person, on your first organization.
The billing portal handles all of it, any time. Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve. Moving up applies right away and tops your balance up to the higher monthly amount; moving down leaves the credits you already hold alone and starts the smaller amount at your next renewal.
Cancel from the billing portal and you keep the plan through the period you already paid for, with no fee for leaving. Nothing gets deleted. Listings you already put on a marketplace belong to that marketplace now, and your drafts, photos and history stay where they are. The organization just goes back to the free monthly allowance.
Only the organization owner. Admins and members can create and publish listings and see the credit balance, but billing, the plan and the payment method stay with the owner. Receipts sit in the billing portal, and everything is priced in US dollars.
